Effective 1st January, 2003, Felix Zimmermann (50) will be appointed Managing Director of FRIWO Geraetebau GmbH, Ostbevern/Germany.
He will have worldwide responsibility for the business unit FRIWO Power Solutions, which is located together with FRIWO Mobile Power (FPS) under the roof of CEAG AG. Due to his many years of work in the power supply industry, he not only has extensive experience in this sector but also excellent knowledge of business management. Before he joined us he ran a company which was associated with FRIWO's market and competition. In order to take proper care of his tasks, Mr. Zimmermann will move his domicile from Switzerland to the area of Muenster.
